Getting back into the blog business. We have been focused on launching our 2019 workshops and getting the word out on the diverse and exciting events coming up soon. Speaking of which – be certain to look at our upcoming Undulation classes with Anita Boser. Adding gentle movement to your practice and personal life promotes flexibility and fluidity, something we all need. Gather up a group and come to the Saturday night class open to everyone.
But speaking of diverse, we wanted to toot our own horn. When we opened the center nearly two years ago, we proudly put up a bulletin board to display the upcoming workshops. Below is a photo of that first bulletin board.

Our second bulletin board
And this year’s bulletin boards!
We added a bulletin board! And with 40 workshops (and still adding!), they are now spilling off. We decided to organize by category, although even that was hard as so many of our offerings are cross-instructional. (Hint – if all else fails, list them by their NCBTMB category since all of our courses offer NCBTMB credits!)
It amazes us how quickly we have grown with a variety of instructors and class types. And we don’t want to stop here. By signing up for a course (or two or three) and telling your colleagues and friends, we can continue to promote high quality learning for massage therapists and body workers. So many of you have shared your passion for healing with us over the past two years and our goal is to keep that fire going. Keep engaged by learning new techniques that can be incorporated into your normal practice or branching out into a new skill set, such as orthopedic massage certification, Thai for the Table, or an Introduction to Structural Integration. And be certain not to miss Feet, Fascia, and Functional Movement – a series of three workshops taught by the leading innovators in the industry.
See you at the Body Mind Learn Center soon,
Kim & Beth
